Kim’s role spans strategy, scheduling, and stewardship. As CCO, she aligns client direction with production reality, keeps capacity and timelines in sync, joins the right sales calls, and steers business and financial planning so decisions actually stick. Her style is direct and organized: clear priorities, honest dates, and follow-through that makes calendars behave.

Outside the office, Kim invests in her people. She’s a proud aunt to Kendra—now teaching kindergarten in Tempe—and Izze, an ASU junior. She’s also the resident baker; showing up with someone’s favorite treat is her love language (and yes, there’s a spreadsheet of requests).

Favorite places tell her story, too: the hush of Muir Woods under redwoods that once hosted a family “bear hunt,” and Disney Springs, where her nieces performed—an unforgettable proud-aunt moment. When it’s time to unplug, Friends or Seinfeld still deliver the laugh she’s looking for.
