Danielle turns complexity into a clear plan. As HubOps Team Lead, she runs and co-leads client meetings, assigns work across the team, and keeps delivery organized so projects stay on track. She’s known for anticipating issues early, setting clear expectations, and creating space for collaboration—so momentum doesn’t stall.

Life at home is equally full. By 23 she bought her first home, by 27 she married her high-school sweetheart, and today she’s raising two girls—Isabelle (2) and Delilah (7 months)—with two cats in the mix: Millie (the five-year-old supervisor) and Bugs (the three-year-old who thinks she runs the house).

Movies are her comfort zone (ask about Titanic—she never tires of it). Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, is her home away from home after first visiting at 10, and her rolling-ladder library is a daily joy for this lifelong reader.
